In the Doop mini we had Kitty talking to Rachel about how things had gotten so intense with Bobby. Rachel commented she thought Kitty said it was just something fun, casual. Kitty admitted she couldn't explain it, it was like Bobby had put some kind of a spell on her.
In the issue where she abruptly broke up with Bobby, she talked about all the promises he had made to her, that she thought he was different than all the other guys she had failed with.
That's pretty clear that things between them had gotten rather intense and very serious off-panel. Like probably a proposal-coming-soon-level serious.
We know they had a kid together, Carmen Drake, in the Battle of the Atom future. He has both of their powers, appeared in one issue and on a cover with an ice-Mohawk and a "Quire was right" t-shirt. Since he had Bobby's last name(along with Kitty's dad's first name), that usually means their was a marriage.
We know that Doop proposed to Kitty, she rejected it, then accepted...but the marriage never happened.
We know that Star Lord proposed to Kitty, she rejected it, then accepted...but the marriage never happened.
We know that Colossus proposed to Kitty, she rejected it, then accepted...but it looks like the marriage isn't going to happen.
One of the signs of time being altered is it trying to heal and correct itself. Kitty's wedding to Bobby was supposed to happen, but when Eva Bell replaced Bobby with Alt-Bobby to undo the events of the 'Frozen' arc, she erased their marriage, too. And it was supposed to happen. No way Bobby being THE Dragon and Kitty's affinity for Dragons being a coincidence. He's HER Dragon.
The Death Seed pushed Bobby to the very cusp of his evolution into the Dragon, but he didn't cross all the way over. There are signs all over the place of the Dragon is still coming. You hear fans talking about the unusual amount of dragons that have been appearing in Marvel Books the last few years. I wonder what Bishop's new tech would make out of a proliferation of dragons as a sign of.
We know some of the prophecies of Clan Tatsu...aka the Dragon Clan. Their Dragon, their true Tatsu'o, "He will not be born of the clan but bound to it by blood"(Bobby's kid with Opal). "He will hold the whole world in his grip"(Frozen arc). How much do you want to bet another will be something like..."The Iron Fist shall fall beneath the hail of his fists"(Bobby's battle with Iron Fist in AvX).
I wouldn't be surprised if Clan Tatsu makes a reappearance soon to remind everyone of their Clan's lore and it's connection to Iceman.
