I am never one to like villains, but I love her.
To be more specific: I love her in Firestorm's first and second series. I don't know what this new Killer Frost is. But when she went from bitter Crystal Frost to Killer Frost? Yes, I'll take that.

I love Killer Frost, too. She has such a great dynamic with Firestorm.
Not currently reading DC, but I know they introduced not one, but TWO versions of Killer Frost in the New 52. Grabbed some of this from Wikipedia to make sure I get it right:
The first was Loren Fontier, part of the New 52 Firestorm reboot, a terrorist who got caught in the Firestorm transformation matrix and it made her blue-skinned and cold. The second is Dr. Caitlin Snow, introduced in the "Villains Month" part of the Forever Evil storyline. Dr. Snow is a scientist who gets sent to a S.T.A.R. Labs Outpost in the Arctic to work on a thermodynamic engine. The place is infiltrated by H.I.V.E. When they try to kill her, Caitlin rips off the coolant system of the engine, merging her body with ice. Transformed into a heat vampire, she kills the H.I.V.E. agents and continued to look for other sources of heat, eventually discovering Firestorm's blasts can temporarily heal her condition.
Dr. Caitlin Snow is a series regular on the Flash TV show(played by Danielle Panabaker). On the show she was the fiancé of Ronnie Raymond(played by Robbie Amell) before he vanished, seemingly killed in the accident that gave the Flash his powers. There was some resolution to that in the last episode, but if you're not watching yet it I don't want to spoil anything for you.
The Flash is an awesome, very well-done series, I love it(I'm totally getting my DC fix right now from Arrow, Flash and Constantine) and if you want to see Firestorm and ultimately Killer Frost in live-action, you should check it out.
