It seems that Rohdes training some pilots would be enough for me but then I'm not Kurt. The Avengers have been shown none too sympathetic to the X-Men and Kurt was a casualty. I'm just saying that Kurt should be more questioning on both sides. Him blindly going along with everyone is insane. Kurts forgiveness is to a point but he isnt a fool. Its gotten ridiculous. When he was shown angry at Wolverine and Cyclops before he died it was swept under the rug. Kurt already severed ties with Amanda and Margali in his last solo but in his current solo he is acting clueless. I'm sorry but I cant help but notice these glaring inconsistances to limit the character to some watered down version. He has always been more complex than that. Its nice that you think Kurt would be completely forgiving. I can see Kurt giving her a chance. Yes. But going on like nothing happened. Not really. Besides, Kurt can forgive Wanda and still be reasonably concerned. I mean Kurt did die for Hope the woman that was going to reverse the damage Wanda did to the mutant race. But by rights a truly in character Kurt would probably have questioned both the X-Men and the Avengers sanity. So really I guess my argument is moot. So me being angry that Kurt is going to get lectured about something Marvel pigeonholed him into so he doesn't rock the Wolverine/Cyclops Schism boat comes from past stories. This just makes the JGS look foolish. To me they took what could have been a real complex and interesting story for Wanda and Kurt and just had them go the "Hey, why not Wanda I mean the X-Men forgave Jean." route. Sorry if my opinion doesn't gel with yours, Tiamatty.
ETA: I was a huge fan of Wanda and the Avengers. But I hated what they did to her/them. I'd love to see Wanda return to her former glory but it must be earned and not just given.
